Product Use

ADV Designs products are intended for off-road or custom vehicle use unless otherwise stated.

Vehicle modification may affect safety, handling, and manufacturer warranties. The customer assumes all responsibility for installation and use of any product purchased from ADV Designs.

Pricing Errors

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order due to pricing errors, incorrect product descriptions, or availability issues.

Order Cancellation

Orders may not be canceled once production has begun on made-to-order products.

Limitation of Liability

ADV Designs LLC shall not be liable for any damages resulting from the use or misuse of our products.

Total liability shall not exceed the purchase price of the product.

Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of Arizona.

WARRANTY POLICY

Limited Warranty

ADV Designs LLC warrants that all products manufactured by ADV Designs are free from defects in material and workmanship from the date of purchase unless otherwise stated.

This warranty applies only to the original purchaser.

ADV Designs will repair, replace, or refund defective products at our discretion after inspection.

This warranty does not cover:

misuse
improper installation
racing or competition use
off-road abuse
accidents
normal wear
modification

Products used in extreme off-road conditions are not covered under warranty.

Off-Road Use Disclaimer

Off-road driving and vehicle modification involve risk.

By purchasing ADV Designs products, the customer accepts all responsibility for use.

ADV Designs is not responsible for injury, damage, or loss.

RETURN POLICY

Returns

Returns must be requested within 30 days of delivery.

Products must be:

unused
uninstalled
in original condition

Installed or used parts cannot be returned.

Customer is responsible for return shipping unless approved.

Custom, made-to-order, or special order items are not returnable.

Shipping costs are non-refundable.

ADV Designs reserves the right to refuse any return.

SHIPPING POLICY

Processing Time

Most orders ship within 3–7 business days unless otherwise stated.

Some products are made to order and may require additional production time.

Estimated build times are not guaranteed.

Shipping Damage

Customer must report shipping damage within 7 days of delivery.

Keep all packaging for inspection.

ADV Designs is not responsible for damage reported after 7 days.

Lost Packages

Once a package is shipped, carrier delays are outside our control.

We will assist with claims but are not responsible for carrier errors.

FITMENT DISCLAIMER

ADV Designs products are designed for specific vehicles.

Fitment may vary due to:

lift kits
aftermarket bumpers
prior damage
suspension changes
body modifications

Customer must confirm compatibility before purchase (Please email us if anything is questionable before purchase.)

ADV Designs is not responsible for labor costs or installation costs.

INSTALLATION DISCLAIMER

Installation Responsibility

Customer is responsible for proper installation.

Professional installation is recommended.

Improper installation may result in damage or injury.

ADV Designs is not responsible for damage caused by incorrect installation.

Use of vehicle lifts, cutting, drilling, or modification should only be done by qualified individuals.

OFF-ROAD / RACING DISCLAIMER

Many ADV Designs products are intended for off-road use only.

Use in racing, jumping, rock crawling, or extreme conditions may cause failure.

Damage caused by impact, abuse, or competition is not covered under warranty.

Customer assumes all risk.

MADE-TO-ORDER DISCLAIMER

Some ADV Designs products are manufactured after purchase.

Production time may vary.

Orders for made-to-order products cannot be canceled once production begins.

Lead times are estimates only.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the maximum extent allowed by law, ADV Designs LLC shall not be liable for:

vehicle damage
personal injury
loss of use
loss of income
towing costs
installation costs
indirect damages
