Refund policy

30-day returns. You can return unused, uninstalled items in their original packaging within 30 days of delivery for a refund to your original payment method.

How to start a return. Email ken@advdesignsusa.com with your order number and the item(s) you want to return. We’ll reply with return instructions. Please don’t send items back without contacting us first.

Return shipping. The customer pays return shipping, unless the item arrived damaged or defective, or we sent the wrong item. In those cases we cover it.

Refunds. Once we receive and inspect the return, we’ll issue your refund within 5 business days. Original shipping charges are not refundable.

Not returnable. Items that have been installed, modified or used on a vehicle, unless defective (see our warranty).

Wrong, damaged or defective? Contact us and we’ll repair, replace or refund.
