If you experience an issue with an ADV-manufactured component due to a defect in materials or workmanship, contact us at ken@advdesignsusa.com with your order information and photos of the issue. We'll review the claim and work with you to determine the appropriate solution.
The warranty does not cover damage caused by improper installation, misuse, accidents, modifications, normal wear and tear, trail or impact damage, or use outside the product's intended application.
Powder coat and other cosmetic finishes are not covered under warranty. ADV products are designed for off-road and automotive environments where exposure to rocks, debris, tools, hardware, and normal use may result in chips, scratches, fading, or other cosmetic wear over time. Cosmetic finish wear does not affect the structural warranty of the underlying ADV-manufactured component.
Made-to-order products typically ship within 1–2 weeks. Each order is prepared, inspected, and packaged by ADV before shipment. In-stock items may ship sooner.
